30+ years as a playing member of Kew Band Melbourne and 2 years as a member of Canterbury Foundation Brass (Christchurch, New Zealand) on a variety of instruments including Bb Cornet, Soprano Cornet, Tenor Horn and Percussion
Previous full time conductor of Kew Youth Band (now Boroondara Brass), Box Hill City Band and Kew Band on occasions as required
Extensive marching experience at brass band level and qualified Drill Adjudicator at National level.
Current member of the Victorian Drill Advisory Board. Current member of the Music Advisory Board (Victoria)
